Change of Mind

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to the nature of our products.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@studiomckenna.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• To process your claim, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

• If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

• If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations & Order Changes

• Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@studiomckenna.com .

Gift Cards & Sale Items

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
