Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days unless stated otherwise.
During peak periods (holidays, product launches, or promotions), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia:

Standard shipping: $15 (flat rate)
Free standard shipping for orders over $90 (Australia only)
Express shipping: 1-4 business days (after dispatch) – calculated at checkout

New Zealand:

Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
Express shipping options available at checkout (delivery times vary based on location).

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand.

Please note: Express shipping applies only to the shipping speed once your order has been packed and dispatched. It does not expedite order processing time. If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order to check if we can accommodate your request.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Studio McKenna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
