At Studio McKenna, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days unless stated otherwise.
During peak periods (holidays, product launches, or promotions), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia:
- FREE shipping Australia wide on all orders $150+
- Standard shipping: $10 (flat rate)
- Priority shipping: 1-3 business days (after dispatch) – $20
New Zealand:
- Standard shipping: 7-14 business days - $20
- Express shipping options available at checkout (delivery times vary based on location).

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand.

Please note: Priority shipping applies to the shipping speed once your order has been packed and dispatched. Your order will be placed to the front of the queue for processing. During peak periods (holidays, product launches, or promotions), processing times may be extended.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Studio McKenna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Pre Order

Pre-Order is available for eligible items that frequently sell out quickly upon release online. This enables customers to secure a piece with delivery date specified in the description of the item. Please note that any additional items purchased with your Pre-Order item/s will be held and shipped together once the item/s is ready.
