Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, unless stated otherwise.

During peak periods - including holidays, product launches, or promotional events - processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using Australia Post and Sendle. The carrier selected at checkout is based on your location, parcel size, and delivery efficiency to ensure the best possible service.

Australia

Standard Shipping: $4.90 (flat rate)
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (via Australia Post or Sendle)
Priority Shipping: $20
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch (via Australia Post Express or Sendle Express, where available)

New Zealand

Standard Shipping: $20
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Express shipping options may be available at checkout, with delivery times varying by location.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship exclusively within Australia and New Zealand and do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.

Please note: Priority shipping applies to the shipping speed once your order has been packed and dispatched. Your order will be placed to the front of the queue for processing. During peak periods (holidays, product launches, or promotions), processing times may be extended.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Studio McKenna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Pre Order

Pre-Order is available for eligible items that frequently sell out quickly upon release online. This enables customers to secure a piece with delivery date specified in the description of the item. Please note that any additional items purchased with your Pre-Order item/s will be held and shipped together once the item/s is ready.
